DESCRIPTION:Dear Colleagues\,\nRRCAT Staff Club announces the start of wint
 er season of Sky watching activity. We had 18 continuous weekly sessions i
 n the earlier season. The starting of the winter session of sky watching w
 as delayed due to cloudy skies well into October. The sky had been clear f
 or the past couple of days so we will re-start the sky watching sessions f
 rom this Saturday (Oct 21\, 2017) during 7 to 9 PM at school ground. Curre
 ntly Saturn will be high up in the sky during 7-9 PM so we will start the 
 new season with Saturn. Currently Saturn is oriented with its rings at max
 imum tilt towards the Earth making it a great view even with a small teles
