Hardware requirements
Ethernet option: In this option, an RJ-45 Ethernet cable will be routed to your home from a nearby ONU (Optical Network Unit) where the main optical fiber is terminated. You can use a WiFi router at your home to expand this connection to multiple wired and wireless devices like computers, phones and tablets. This is the recommended option. You will only need a WiFi router.
FTTH option: In this option, a fiber optic cable will be routed to your home from a nearby ONU (Optical Network Unit) where the main optical fiber is terminated. You need to purchase an additional hardware (ONU - Optical Network Unit) which will convert the optical signal into electrical Ethernet signal. You can then use a WiFi router to expand this connection to multiple wired and wireless devices like computers, phones and tablets. In this option you will need an ONU and a WiFi router. This options is subject to availability at your location in colony.
Charges
- There is no deposit or refund of any kind for any plans of any duration.
- Router and Ethernet Cables has to be arranged by the subscriber.
- A new ONU will be provided free of cost to FTTH users which will have warranty of one year (6 months for fiber connector).
- If the subscription is not recharged for a month, it will be discontinued. Ethernet/Optical cable will be removed from subscriber home. Reconnection will be treated as new connection.
Payment
The payment is on monthly basis without any fixed start date. The subscriber needs to recharge his/her account monthly for interrupted service. Please visit the Cable TV & Internet Payment page for the details regarding payment options.
Shift Connection on Quarter Change
If you want to shift your Internet connection from existing quarter to another quarter, raise an online request at the link Shift Cable-TV/Internet Connection. You have to show a quarter allotment letter to shift your connection.
Permanent Disconnection of Subscription

Do not recharge your account.
