This training session is specially crafted for men of all age groups, with a strong focus on minimizing injury risk while enhancing overall fitness. Whether you're a beginner or returning to fitness, our program is designed to help you lead a healthier, stronger, more confident, and energetic life.

Led by dynamic and experienced instructors, each session includes a wide variety of bodyweight exercises under expert supervision. You’ll improve strength, stamina, mobility, and endurance—all essential for daily living.

Timing: 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM (Monday to Saturday)

Fee Structure:

  • Option 1: ₹1000 / month
  • Option 2: ₹2400 / 3 months
