Plogathon

Dear All
As part of our commitment to the “Swach Hi Seva 2024” campaign, we are excited to announce that RRCAT Staff Club in association with Advisory Committee for Clean & Green Campus & CSD, RRCAT is organizing a “Plogathon” on 28th September 2024. Plogathon combines walking with a mission to clean up our surroundings. Participants will collect waste along the route, promoting both fitness and environmental stewardship. The details of Plogathon event are as below:

   Meeting Point: Welfare Centre, RRCAT

Plogathon is a fantastic opportunity to come together as a community, contribute to our surroundings, and inspire others to take part in the Clean & Green initiative. We encourage everyone to participate, regardless of fitness level—every bit helps!

Please find attached the route map and Flyer of the event. We encourage everyone to familiarize themselves with the path we'll be taking. Additionally, we would like to request all colony resident who have plastic waste to kindly hand it over to our volunteers during the Plogathon event. Your contributions will significantly enhance our efforts to promote a cleaner and greener environment.
