RRCAT Staff Club will be organizing free “KRAV MAGA kids workshop” at Taekwondo hall, Indoor sports complex, RRCAT colony as a part of RRCAT Summer Camp 2019.
“KRAV MAGA” is an Iseraeli self-defense system and is considered to be the most effective and practical form of self-defense in the present day scenario. As a self-defense system, it relies on simple, instinctive body movements rather than rigid techniques requiring years of training. It is easy to learn for men and woman of all ages.
Krav Maga is a practical and tactical system which teaches how to prevent, deal and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks.
It’s a practical and real life situation based technique.
Krav Maga workshop will be free of cost. Men and women of all ages are welcome to attend the workshop.
