Enrollment Instructions:

  1. The Summer Camp - 2019 is for children of RRCAT Staff Club member from 05th May to 05th June.
  2. The staff club member can fill the participation form though online by clicking https://www.rrcatstaffclub.com/forms/staff-club/rrcat-summer-camp-2019
  3. Separate form is to be filled for each child and maximum 4 activities can be selected and to run an activity minimum 15 participants are required.
  4. The pdf file obtained should be signed by member and submit it with applicable fees at RRCAT Staff Club Office (Welfare Centre, Tel. 7068) between 03:00 PM to 09:00 PM by 23rd April 2019.
  5. After 23rd April the form can be filled till 26th April 2019 with a late fees of Rs 100/-. After this date no request will be entertain.
  6. The number of seats in each activity is limited and it will be on first cum first serve based on fees received at RRCAT Staff Club Office.
  7. Kindly take the receipt of payment made to Staff Club supervisor as a proof of registration.
  8. All the participants will be given T-shirt and they should come in T-shirt given by RRCAT Staff Club for the activity.
    (Some samples sizes of T-shirt are kept at the Staff Club Office)
  9. All regular coaching like Lawn Tennis, Taekwondo, Dance will be suspended during this camp. It is requested not to pay any coaching fees for the month of May 2019.
  10. If sufficient number of enrolments for an activity is not there, then the children will get an option to choose another activity. Provision of fee refund is not there.
  11. There will not be summer camp on government declared holidays and on Sundays.
  12. Applicants must be aware of injuries associated with sports activities.
  13. RRCAT Staff Club organizers are not responsible in the event of any injury to the child during the course of camp.
  14. Governing Council of RRCAT Staff Club, reserves the right to make changes in time or activity etc. for this summer camp as deemed fit in the larger interest of the members.

Instructions to Participants

  • Participants of Pickle Ball will be provided with BAT from RRCAT Staff Club during coaching.
  • Participants have to pay additional charges for the material used for Art & Craft.
  • Participants should bring their own Racquet / Bat for activities like Badminton, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis and instruments like Keyboard, Tabla, Dholak, etc. for Music activity.
