RRCAT Summer Camp 2022

Enrollment Instructions:

  1. The Summer Camp - 2022 is for children of RRCAT Staff Club member from 05th May to 10th June 2022.
  2. The staff club member can fill the participation form though online by clicking https://rrcatstaffclub.in/summer-camp-2022/application-form. 
  3. The pdf file obtained should be signed by member and submit it with applicable fees at RRCAT Staff Club Office (Welfare Centre, Tel. 8680) between 03:00 PM to 09:00 PM latest by 2nd May, 2022. After this date no request will be entertained.
  4. The enrollment fee is Rs. 500 for 01 activity, Rs. 600 for 02 activities, Rs. 700 for 03 activities and Rs. 800 for 04 activities. Please note that this fee is non-refundable even in case of any COVID related disruption duing the event.
  5.  Separate form is to be filled for each child and maximum 4 activities can be selected and to run an activity minimum 15 participants are required.
  6. The number of seats in each activity are limited and it will be on first cum first serve basis i.e. based on filling of on-line application form. In case of no-fee payment till 2nd May 2022, the application will be rejected.
  7. Kindly take the receipt of payment made to Staff Club supervisor as a proof of registration.
  8. The participants will be given T-shirt during the camp, thereafter, they should wear the T-shirt in the activity.
  9. All regular coaching, like Lawn Tennis, Taekwondo, Pickle ball etc. will be suspended during this camp. It is requested not to pay any coaching fees for the month of May 2022.
  10. If sufficient number of enrolments for an activity is not there, then the children will get an option to choose another activity. Provision of fee refund is not there.
  11. There will not be summer camp on government declared holidays and on Sundays (except for the activity “Telescope Making Workshop”).
  12. Applicants must be aware of injuries associated with sports activities.
  13. RRCAT Staff Club organizers are not responsible in the event of any injury to the child during the course of camp.
  14. Governing Council of RRCAT Staff Club, reserves the right to make changes in time or activity etc. for this summer camp as deemed fit in the larger interest of the members.
  15. Those who are not RRCAT staff club members can become member by filling online staff club membership form by clicking https://www.rrcatstaffclub.in/forms/staff-club/membership-form
  16. All participants are requested to bring their own mask, sanitizer and water bottles during the summer camp.
  17. All Participants, Activity coordinators and Coaches should follow the COVID-19 guidelines issued by local administration.

 

Instructions to Participants

  • Participants should bring their own Racquet / Bat for Table Tennis, Pickleball and Lawn Tennis activities.  The participants of Musical instrument (Keyboard) and Musical instrument (Guitar) should bring their own keyboard and guitar.
  • Participants have to pay additional charges for the materials required for Art & Craft (~ Rs 500/- or less) and Drawing & Sketching (~ Rs 500/- or less) activity. The participant can bring their own material for these two activities as specified by trainer.
