Dear Colleagues,
RRCAT Staff Club has been working on a scheme to provide high speed internet service (Fiber to home) to the residents of RRCAT colony through Satellite Reception Committee (SRC) which is looking after the cable TV services of RRCAT colony.
A committee formed by Staff Club has explored various service providers available in the market for internet on optical fiber cable and evaluated them on the basis of technical capabilities and price competitiveness. Both the services i.e. cable TV & internet has been considered while evaluating the vendors. Before launching this service, a meeting of all colony residents has been called in which the scheme shall be discussed and decision shall be taken to start the service in RRCAT colony. The meeting is scheduled as follows:
