Instructions and Rules:

1. Players must be RRCAT Staff Club members and slot allocated to the player will be cancelled if the membership is discontinued or suspended.
2. The application forms for employees and dependents are separate. The application will be accepted ONLY through online mode through Staff Club website.
3. The slots will be allotted at Indoor Sports Complex in a group of maximum four players along with table no. (1 to 4) to each group and groups may be clubbed if required.
4. The players must play ONLY during their allotted time slot, assigned table and not in any other group. The group should vacate the table immediately for the next group after their time slot is over. The slot timing may vary to accommodate maximum number of applicants.
5. The efforts will be made to satisfy most of the applicants however it is not guaranteed that all the groups will get the time slots of their choice. Employees will be given preference over dependents during non-office hours.
6. The applicant will be automatically selected as Player1 and will be a Group Representative. Each group will be assigned a 'Group ID' which will be the CC. No of applicant.
7. The applicant can select other group members from the drop-down menu available in the form. The members who are already selected in other group will not appear in the list.
8. It is imperative to take consent of the group members before adding his/her name in the group. In case member dissent of his/her name, in the group than the committee may reject the application and/or debar the applicant.
9. The committee will decide the charges for using the Table Tennis Table which will be payable by players and is to be deposited at RRCAT Staff Club office.
10. The committee will review the allotments intermittently and accommodate those applicants who could not form a group or new applications in the under-utilized slots.
11. In case of long absence of a group member (> 2 months) the group representative should intimate the convener/co-convener about the vacancy so that slot can be gainfully utilized from the pending requests.
12. On Sunday, the court will be available for those who have been given regular slots on first cum first serve basis. The players occupying the court must ensure that there is no staff member waiting for more than 15 min.
13. The committee will have rights to cancel the allotment of an individual or a group if any misuse of allotted slot is found.
14. The slots will be defunct during occupancy of the court for coaching, selection trials, tournaments, ranking matches, competition matches or booking’s for official functions etc.

For Dependents

1. Minimum age limit for allotment of slot for dependent family member is 8 yrs. The parents must accompany kids during slot timings.
2. Applicant should provide names along with the CC no. of preferred playing partners in the application form with his consent.
3. RRCAT Staff Club will try to arrange a coach for kids on chargeable basis.Players who are interested in utilizing this service should show intent by selecting an option in the application form.

The selection trials for Table Tennis event for RRCAT employees were conducted on 28th October, 2018 at RRCAT Welfare Centre. The following RRCAT employees have been selected in respective categories to represent RRCAT for Dwarka group trials scheduled on 21st and 22nd December, 2018 at Tarapur.
