RRCAT Summer Camp 2025

Important Instructions:

1. Summer carnival - 2025 will be conducted between 10^th May to 8^th June 2025.
2. Those who are not RRCAT staff club members can become member by filling online staff-club membership form by visiting the link https://www.rrcatstaffclub.in/forms/staff-club/membership-form
3. Staff club members can fill the participation form online by visiting the link https://rrcatstaffclub.in/summer-carnival-2025/application-form. An enrollment form (.pdf file) will be generated after on-line submission of the participation form. Please note that Fee should be submitted using the SBI Collect link only. The link for fee submission is provided in the form.
4. The participants who have deposited fees on or before 27^th April, 2025 will be given the Summer-carnival kit. An option for extra Summer-carnival T-shirt for Kids, on payment basis (Rs. 300/-), is also available in the on-line form.
5. Minimum enrollment fee for kids is Rs. 800/- (Including one activity), for any additional activity a fee of Rs.200 per activity will be charged. Please note that fee is non-refundable.
6. Food coupons (20 Nos, Redeemable at snacks shop in Indoor Sports Complex) will be provided to kids. Extra coupons can be bought from staff club office.
7. For Kids the activities are marked as “Minor” in the on-line filling of the form and divided into two categories i.e. (A) Sports activities and (B) Other activities. A maximum of 04 Sports activities can be selected per child. Other activities i.e. Art & Craft, Drawing & Sketching, Dance, Music, Coding etc can be selected over and above the limit set for sports activities.
8. The number of participants in each activity are limited and will be selected on first cum first serve, based on filling of on-line application form. In case of no-fee payment till 27th April 2025, the application is liable to be rejected.
9. This year, a few special activities have been curated exclusively for male and female members of the RRCAT Staff Club and their spouses. These are designated as "Youth" activities in the application form.
10. All regular coaching of Wellness, Zumba, Lawn Tennis, Taekwondo, Pickle ball, Badminton, Dance and Base-ball etc will be suspended during Summer-carnival. It is requested not to pay any coaching fees for the month of May, 2025.
11. All Sports/Activity slots overlapping with the Summer-carnival venues will remain suspended between 10^th May, 2025 to 08^th June, 2025.
12. Each activity requires a minimum number of participants to ensure that the activity can be carried out during Summer-carnival. If sufficient number of participants for a particular activity are not registered, then the activity could be canceled and the participants will get an option to choose another activity. Minimum number of participant for a particular activity will be decided by activity coordinators and instructor (Coach) of the activity.
13. There will not be summer-carnival activity (Except Coding, Modern art, Photography & any Workshop) on government declared holidays and Sundays.
14. Applicants must be aware of injuries associated with sports activities and take necessary precautions. RRCAT Staff Club organizers are not responsible in the event of any injury to the child during the Summer carnival.
15. Summer carnival organizing committee, reserves the right to make changes in time and venue of any activity.
16. All participants are requested to bring their water bottles and take necessary precaution for hot weather during the summer carnival.
17. Participants should bring their own Racquet / Bat for Table Tennis, Badminton, Pickleball, and Lawn Tennis activities.
18. The participants of Musical instrument should bring their own musical instrument.
19. The participants of Art & crafts and Drawing activities have to procure items required for activity in consultation with activity instructors. If opted for drawing/Art Kit in the online form, payment for the Kit has to be made directly to the instructor/teacher.

Important Instructions:

1. Summer Camp - 2024 will be conducted between 06^th May to 07^th June 2024.

2. Those who are not RRCAT staff club members can become member by filling online staff-club membership form by visiting the link      https://www.rrcatstaffclub.in/forms/staff-club/membership-form

3. Staff club members can fill the participation form online by visiting the link https://rrcatstaffclub.in/summer-camp-2024/application-form on or before 22^nd April 2024.  An enrollment form (.pdf file) will be generated after on-line submission of the participation form. Kindly submit the signed copy of enrollment form along with the applicable fees at RRCAT Staff- Club Office (Indoor sports Complex, Tel. 8680) between 03:00 PM to 09:00 PM latest by 24^th April, 2024.

4. Only those participants who have deposited fees on or before 24^th April, 2024 will be given the Summer-camp dress. It is mandatory to show the receipt of fee to Staff Club supervisor at the time of collecting the summer-camp dress. An option for extra Summer-camp dress (T-shirt & Shorts), on payment basis, is also available in the on-line participation form for Summer camp-2024.

5. Minimum enrolment fee is Rs. 700/- (Including one activity), for any additional activity a fee of Rs.150 per activity will be charged. Please note that fee is non-refundable.

Other activities i.e. Art & Craft, Drawing & Sketching, Dance, Music, Coding, Library can be selected over and above the limit set for sports activities.

Provision of fee refund is not there. Minimum number of participant for a particular activity will be decided by activity coordinators and instructor (Coach) of the activity.
